St. Mark’s in Great Grimsby is a fast-growing, vibrant and charismatic Anglican Church. We’re ready to appoint an experienced and creative Kids & Youth Ministry Lead to take our thriving under-18s ministries to the next level.

This is a full-time, permanent post (part-time also considered).

Please submit a covering letter outlining:

• What attracts you to this role

• Your testimony - how/when you became a Christian and how you have grown in your faith up to now.

• How God has been leading and developing you over the last two years 

• A brief outline of 3 or 4 different strategies, ideas or projects which you might use if starting a kids and youth ministry from scratch in a new location.

• Please also tell us about your current church.

If you prefer, you may like to answer some of these questions through a video recording of yourself, which you can send with your application.

This role requires you to work from St. Mark’s Church in Grimsby and cannot be worked remotely.
